R.1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must not have completed their Student Success Onboarding Call by Closer Cartel LLC.
R.2.1. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made beyond 7 days from the original purchase date.
R.2.2. Refunds will not be provided if the purchaser has completed their Onboarding Call with the Student Success Manager into the program.
R.2.3. Refunds will not be granted for any services or products not directly offered by Closer Cartel LLC.
R.2.4. Refunds will not be given if the purchaser has violated the terms and conditions, including any prohibited actions outlined by Closer Cartel LLC.
R.3.1. To initiate a refund request, the purchaser must contact Closer Cartel LLC's customer support team via email at support@closercartel.com within 7 days of the original purchase date.
R.3.2. The refund request must include the purchaser's full name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

R.4.1. If the refund request is approved, Closer Cartel LLC will process the refund within 3-5 business days of the approval.
